Working directly in the Chief Engineer Office, you will use your analytical skills to ensure transparent budget processes and realistic schedules within an international high-technology program.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 57,075 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.05.2027. Responsibilities


  • Budget Process Support: Support the Chief Engineer in budget planning and control for the programs
  • Interface Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for scheduling tasks between Engineering and other organizations
  • Planning Tool Maintenance: Keep the scheduling in the Unified Planning Tool (UP) up to date
  • Budget Execution: Actively support the execution of the annual budget as well as OP/EACs/Forecasts
  • Risk Anticipation: Identify and address major risks and issues due to planning changes at an early stage


Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Engineering or Aerospace (at least Bachelor's)
  • Several years of professional experience in engineering, ideally in aerospace
  • Experience in project management
  • Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project, and SAP
  • Business fluent English (at least C1)
  • High adaptability to new topics and ways of working in a network mode
  • Teamwork and communication skills in an international environment
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
