Responsibilities


  • Supporting new product launches, transfers of work, and changes to ensure industrial qualification readiness prior to series production
  • Identifying industrial risks, including deriving and tracking effective mitigation measures
  • Evaluating supplier capacity, capability, and performance, as well as actively supporting supplier development
  • Serving as the operational interface with suppliers for supply chain and quality-related issues
  • Evaluating suppliers during the bidding phase and contributing to well-informed selection decisions
  • Managing supply chain and quality aspects within the contractual framework, with a focus on timely, high-quality (and, where applicable, cost-effective) performance
  • Administering supplier quality approvals and ensuring necessary certifications in coordination with stakeholders
  • Developing short-term recovery plans and initiating projects for the sustainable improvement of supplier performance


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or in the field of Supply Chain / Logistics / Supply Chain Quality
  • Several years of professional experience in supplier management as well as in supply chain / logistics
  • Initial to several years of experience in quality management
  • Project management skills (strong) and basic knowledge of risk management
  • Google Workspace knowledge is a plus
  • Business-fluent English (min. C1); German and French are a plus
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is mandatory
