At Airbus Operations GmbH in Bremen, you will take on the role of Project Manager Repair & After Sales to lead projects for the maintenance and enhancement of aircraft fleets. You coordinate teams, manage resources, and ensure the timely and high-quality execution of modifications and repairs.

Responsibilities
- Project Management: Planning and controlling complex, high-value, and cross-functional repair and modification projects
- Work Preparation: Execution of modifications or repair working party processes
- Team Coordination: Managing teams and stakeholders involved in project execution
- Quality Assurance: Signing off the service release certificate and handing over the aircraft to the customer
- Process Optimization: Efficient coordination of workflows and timely achievement of objectives
Qualifications
- Completed technical degree (at least Bachelor's) or Industrial Engineering (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in Manufacturing Engineering, scheduling/material procurement, project management, and supplier management
- Experience in the aerospace industry as well as with jigs & tools and measurement technology
- Proficient use of SAP (especially detailed functions) and SAP/SRM; knowledge of Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Good knowledge of process management
- Analytical skills, structured and results-oriented working style, as well as strong communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
