Tasks

• Further development of reporting with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), including the design, derivation, and consolidation of data
• Coordinating, evaluating, and synchronizing change requests as well as new and further developments for the software applications you are responsible for
• Leading the implementation with stakeholders in terms of technical, scheduling, and financial aspects
• Ensuring the creation, implementation, and further development of an authorization and training concept
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation in accordance with internal requirements
• Ensuring continuous communication with relevant stakeholders
• Representing the software applications for which you are responsible in committees and regular meetings
• Taking on special tasks and participating in projects or independently managing projects

Qualifications

• Completed technical or university degree, preferably in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in IT coordination, IT service management, or interface roles between IT and specialist departments
• Experience in IT project management and knowledge of agile methods and IT management
• In-depth understanding of modern IT system landscapes, application management, and common service management processes
• Practical experience in the business intelligence and analytics environment, ideally SAP Analytics Cloud, Microsoft Power BI, SAP Business Warehouse, and SAP Enterprise Resource Planning
• Experience in coordinating requirements with specialist departments, IT, and management, as well as in translating technical topics into specialist requirements
• Business fluent in German (at least C1); advanced English (at least B2)
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
