Responsibilities
- Project management for large-scale logistics projects such as site relocations, realignments, or space optimization
- Process analysis at interfaces with external partners and identification of optimization potential
- Coordination and operational steering of external logistics service providers, quality assurance service providers, and customs offices
- Coordination meetings to secure time-critical incoming goods and escalation management
- Disruption management across system boundaries (SAP, OCT, Service Now) and proactive inventory control
- Representation of interests in shopfloor management and professional support of international interface partners
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain / Logistics, Supply Chain Quality, or Economics (at least Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of scheduling / material procurement, logistics, and supply chain
- Detailed specialist knowledge of SAP/R3 as well as knowledge of Google Workspace
- Good knowledge of Lean Management and process management, basic knowledge of project management
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style, pronounced communication skills, as well as persuasiveness and assertiveness
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
