Responsibilities


  • Project Management: Independently lead end-to-end project lifecycles in procurement and supply chain
  • International Coordination: Steer cross-functional teams in an international environment and ensure alignment across different time zones
  • Communication: Ensure clear communication between international stakeholders
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans and track deliverables using industry-standard PM tools
  • Risk Management: Control risks, scope, and timelines while maintaining high quality standards
  • Digital Transformation: Support digital transformation initiatives within the SAP ecosystem


Qualifications

  • Completed degree (at least technician/specialist) in project management, communication sciences, industrial engineering, business administration or supply chain / logistics
  • Several years of professional experience in project leadership, project management, procurement and supply chain
  • Experience in change management and working in a matrixed, multicultural environment
  • Solid knowledge of SAP (detailed functions) and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • CV in English required
  • Independent, structured and results-oriented working style as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
