• Management of national and international construction projects in the industrial sector
• Preparation of technical feasibility analyses, schedules, and cost estimates
• Coordination of external planning participants such as general planners, project managers, and technical experts
• Ensuring the technical integration of industrial plants in planning and execution
• Advising production departments on construction-related issues
• Development and introduction of technical standards

• Conducting profitability analyses

Qualifications

• Completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, supply engineering, or electrical engineering
• Many years of experience in project management for complex construction projects
• In-depth knowledge of HOAI, VOB, AHO, and other regulations
• Ideally, project management training
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Native English skills (C2) and good German skills (B2)
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
