Responsibilities
- Compliance verification of processes and requirements for program quality assurance
- Non-conformity management at department level, including steering and monitoring
- Collaboration with design offices to evaluate quality checks before handover to production
- Implementation
- Deviation analysis in non-conformance handling and monitoring of corrective actions
- Application of problem-solving and prevention methods such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and FMEA
- Software integrity assurance and execution of verification, validation, and certification for software and data
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Business Informatics, or Industrial Engineering (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of experience as a Design Engineer and initial experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Project Management, Process Improvement, and Quality Management
- Good knowledge of Total Quality Management (TQM) and basic knowledge of Change Management
- Experience with Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets); knowledge of Skywise and Catia V5 is an advantage
- Basic skills in German; business fluent English (at least C1)
- Analytical thinking, structured and independent working style, and strong communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
