Responsibilities
- Material receipt and coordination in production areas
- Ensure timely provision of the correct products including all required documentation at the designated assembly point
- Visual goods receipt inspection of packaging and products for damage detection and initiation of measures in case of deviations
- Quantity and identity control of products and verification of consistency between documents, storage location, and product batch
- Ensure storage labeling of all items including associated labels and documents
- Compliance with product-specific storage conditions and regulations
- Compatibility assurance when storing different products
Qualifications
- Completed commercial, craft, or logistics vocational training (e.g., as a logistics specialist or in metalworking)
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production or logistics
- License to operate forklifts advantageous
- Proficient use of MS Office and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1)
- Willingness to work shifts in a 2-shift system and on weekends
- Quality-oriented, responsible, and focused way of working as well as teamwork skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
