Responsibilities


  • Material receipt and coordination in production areas
  • Ensure timely provision of the correct products including all required documentation at the designated assembly point
  • Visual goods receipt inspection of packaging and products for damage detection and initiation of measures in case of deviations
  • Quantity and identity control of products and verification of consistency between documents, storage location, and product batch
  • Ensure storage labeling of all items including associated labels and documents
  • Compliance with product-specific storage conditions and regulations
  • Compatibility assurance when storing different products


Qualifications

  • Completed commercial, craft, or logistics vocational training (e.g., as a logistics specialist or in metalworking)
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production or logistics
  • License to operate forklifts advantageous
  • Proficient use of MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1)
  • Willingness to work shifts in a 2-shift system and on weekends
  • Quality-oriented, responsible, and focused way of working as well as teamwork skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
