Responsibilities
- Production Orders: Create and manage production orders including bill of materials administration
- Material Management: Handle internal and external material management as well as procurement
- Goods Receipt and Issue: Post goods receipts and issues in the system according to national and international requirements
- Goods Receipt Inspection: Perform inspections for mandatory inspection goods according to specifications
- Logistics: Coordinate internal and external logistics and process shipping orders
- Tool and Equipment Management>: Manage tools, work clothing, and operating supplies
- Measuring Equipment Calibration: Coordinate and initiate calibration of measuring instruments
- System Maintenance: Ensure system maintenance for consumables documentation
Qualifications
- Completed vocational or technical training, at least at master craftsman level
- Several years of professional experience in work preparation, production planning/control, and logistics
- Initial experience in the aerospace industry as well as in supply chain / logistics
- Proficient use of MS Office and SAP (knowledge of detailed functions)
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and English (at least C1)
- Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts) and possibly on-call duty on weekends
- Teamwork skills, communication strength, and independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
