Responsibilities
- Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for digital optimization
- Workflow Design: Map current processes and design future-state workflows aligned with digitalization goals
- Requirements Management: Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable design features
- Business Cases: Develop business cases and ROI analyses to support the adoption of digital solutions
- Technology Implementation: Collaborate with departments of the Digital and Data Readiness Center to ensure smooth implementation of new technologies
Qualifications
- Successfully completed Master's or Diplom degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Many years of experience as a Product Designer, Application Designer, Business Analyst, or similar role with a focus on process improvement and digitalization
- Very good knowledge of process mapping, workflow analysis, and change management
- Proficient in MS Office and digital tools for process analysis (e.g., Visio, BPMN)
- Business fluent English (at least C1); German knowledge is an advantage
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and digital project management tools (e.g., Atlassian Toolsuite)
- Strong communication skills, team player mentality, and analytical thinking
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
