Tasks
- Advising and supporting the front office teams with regard to catalogs, actual cost analyses, and business transactions
- Monitoring and analyzing time & material business activities for early detection of deviations
- Identifying and evaluating risks and opportunities and deriving concrete recommendations for action
- Supporting performance analyses and commercial measures
- Preparing reports and evaluations on request
- Sustainable implementation of improvement approaches in all relevant business areas
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk and further training (e.g., specialist)
- Many years of experience in controlling, finance, and customer service
- In-depth knowledge of lean principles, quality standards, and problem-solving methods
- Experience in coaching and transferring improvement methods and techniques
- Very good English skills (at least C1), basic knowledge of German, other foreign languages such as French or Spanish are an advantage
- Resume in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
