Responsibilities
- Production control tasks independently in day-to-day operations, including on-time delivery to Airbus
- Logistics coordination of a subcontractor and ensuring material availability in the production line
- Missing parts situations proactively identified, analyzed, and resolved
- Production orders started, tracked, and controlled according to the SAP schedule
- Inventory and WIP management driven forward as a key contributor, including analysis and reporting
- Inventory counts supported at on-site warehouses and stations, performing necessary system adjustments
- Coordination with internal stakeholders such as dispatchers, procurement, AV, and production
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, mechatronics technician, logistics specialist, or in a commercial profession with subsequent further training as a technician or master craftsman
- Several years of professional experience in production, production planning and control
- Initial experience in the aviation industry, ideally at Airbus, is an advantage
- Confident user skills in SAP and MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Teamwork skills, willingness to perform, as well as good communication and assertiveness
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
