At Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth, you will take on the role of Quality Inspector Airframes, responsible for operational quality assurance in the area of airframe structures. Working directly at the interface between production and quality management, you ensure compliance with the highest standards through inspections, tests, and process surveillance.

Responsibilities
- Quality inspections, including first article inspections and functional tests on individual parts and assemblies
- Delivery documentation: Create and manage documentation for components and assemblies
- Non-conformance management: Record, process, and monitor the handling of quality notifications
- Corrective and preventive actions: Coordinate measures in multifunctional teams and ensure their implementation
- Production support through rapid processing of quality issues and prevention of foreign object damage
- Operational surveillance of personnel, products, and processes for assigned tasks
- Personnel development: Supervise and coach production staff with L1/L2 delegation
Qualifications
- Completed technical education, at least at master craftsman or technician level
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
- Several years of practical experience in quality assurance
- Confident handling of MS Office, SAP, and G-Suite
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and construction documents
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, solution-oriented and meticulous way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
