Responsibilities


  • Aircraft on Ground (AOG) emergency management and development of solutions for rapid operational recovery
  • Supplier management for fast demand fulfilment, including order placement, tracking, and analysis of delivery delays
  • Logistics processes actively co-designing and negotiating with internal and external partners
  • Supply chain performance monitoring in day-to-day business and optimization through regular contact with suppliers
  • Internal customer communication on order status and progress
  • Participation in the on-call service to ensure continuous material supply


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain / Logistics
  • Several years of professional experience in disposition / procurement and supply chain
  • Solid application knowledge of SAP in a procurement environment and of Google Workspace
  • Proficient German (at least B2) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Independent, structured and results-oriented way of working with strong communication skills
  • CV in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
