At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will work as a Coordinator Orders & Quality to ensure the availability and quality of aircraft components along the entire production chain. You ensure that all parts – from the horizontal stabilizer to the belly fairing – meet Airbus standards and that all outstanding work is completed on schedule.

Responsibilities
- Availability Management: Ensuring the complete availability of all components such as horizontal stabilizers, main landing gear doors, and belly fairings according to Airbus quality standards
- Process Control: Closing non-conformities (NC) and outstanding work, implementing late modifications, and ensuring configuration assurance
- Customer Support: Continuous support and assistance for airline services
- Team Coordination: Leading and coordinating multifunctional working teams
- Documentation: Ensuring complete documentation of outstanding work in accordance with Airbus procedures
- Order and Quality Management: Managing work orders (WO), non-conformities, concessions, quality log books (QLB), and Airbus log books (ALB)
- Fault Analysis: Analyzing and documenting technical problems and discrepancies, and making decisions on appropriate solutions
Qualifications
- Completed technical degree (at least Bachelor's) or completed master craftsman training in aerospace engineering or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in production planning, control, or manufacturing engineering
- Initial experience in project management
- Proficient use of SAP (detailed functions) and Google Workspace
- Business fluent English (at least C1) and Spanish (at least C1); German skills are an advantage
- Willingness for on-call duty (phone availability after working hours, two weeks per month) and to work on weekends for urgent topics
- Analytical mindset, structured and independent way of working, and strong communication skills
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
