Tasks
- Responsibility for the technical equipment and maintenance of the learning environment – from computers to touchscreens
- Management of inventory, technical literature, and furniture, and ensuring proper use
- Coordinating helicopter docks, tools, and spare parts orders in the hangar area
- Conducting and correcting exams and documenting the results
- Project work in the area of teaching visualization – e.g., creating cutaway models to illustrate complex technical relationships
- Quality assurance in the context of examination and training operations
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the training infrastructure and processes
Qualifications
- Completed technical vocational training (ideally in aviation, electrical engineering, or mechatronics)
- Several years of professional experience in the fields of aircraft or helicopter mechanics, aerospace, project management, IT systems, and customer service
- Strong IT affinity, especially in dealing with modern hardware (tablets, touch displays) and visualization software
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
- Organizational talent and pedagogical skills, especially in dealing with learners
- Intercultural competence and a respectful communication style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
