Tasks
- Act as a central interface between Procurement and the A320 Final Assembly Lines in Hamburg and Toulouse
- Ensure effective communication with suppliers and internal departments, including logistics, stores, supplier management and production stakeholders
- Identify and anticipate missing parts using digital tools, taking measures to ensure material availability aligns with aircraft production schedules
- Oversee shipping activities between Hamburg and other assembly locations across Europe, covering all Airbus programmes
- Collaborate within the supply chain to coordinate lead times with Procurement and Airbus sites
- Use ERP systems (SAP PDA / PGI / PEA) to control material flow, maintain up-to-date master data and interface with line-side teams
- Propose and implement corrective actions focused on improving supply chain performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain / Logistics
- At least 1 year of experience in purchasing, supplier management, or in the area of supply chain / logistics
- Familiarity with SAP system functions and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German and English skills (both at least C1); French is an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to assess processes and connections quickly
- Independent, structured and goal-driven mindset, with excellent coordination and planning skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (student visas are not sufficient) is mandatory
