At Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Nordenham, you will take on the role of Environmental Management Coordinator in part-time, responsible for the strategic development and operational implementation of the environmental management system. Responsibilities


  • Environmental Management System according to ISO 14001: coordinate, maintain, and develop
  • Implement and apply the ISO 14001:2015 revision
  • Review and apply the relevance of environmental legal regulations
  • Optimize and document waste management
  • Delegate environmental duties and track the associated documentation
  • Ensure and maintain environmental documentation
  • Shape and develop internal environmental communication


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training or degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, environmental technology, supply engineering, or a comparable technical field
  • Many years of professional experience in environmental management or a comparable technical function
  • Knowledge of ISO management systems, especially ISO 14001 or EMAS
  • Experience in monitoring wastewater treatment plants, waste management, and environmental projects
  • Proficient use of Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Expertise as a water protection officer and waste management officer; knowledge of the Circular Economy Act (KrWG), the Proof of Origin Ordinance, the Waste Catalogue Ordinance, and the Water Resources Act
  • Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and an independent, structured way of working with assertiveness
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
