Responsibilities
- Production Planning: initiate monthly routines and define scenarios based on the factory calendar and resource availability
- Programme Evaluation: analyse and assess production requirements and recovery plans
- Optimisation Proposals: develop and propose the best solutions to meet programme and facility requirements
- Result Control: establish official production scenarios and communicate plans to all stakeholders
- Performance Management: create, update and analyse KPIs to measure plan execution and define improvement plans
- System Maintenance: regularly maintain planning parameters and models in planning tools as well as SAP
- Reporting: develop Skywise databases and create reports
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an industrial business management specialist (m/f) or commercial/technical training with many years of professional experience
- Many years of professional experience in manufacturing/production, production planning/control, supply chain/logistics, technical documentation, or as a technical clerk
- Several years of experience with IT/information systems
- Solid knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Teamwork skills, high customer orientation and a pronounced sense of responsibility
- Independent, conscientious and flexible way of working with commitment and assertiveness
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
