At Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth, you will manage the entire procurement and logistics chain for highly complex flight tests as a Supply Chain & Procurement Coordinator. You coordinate orders, calibrations, and international shipping processes – ensuring every measuring device arrives on time, compliantly, and in the right place.

Responsibilities
- Procurement: Execute and manage orders in Click’n Buy and SAP based on Mantis tickets
- Logistics Processes: Handle shipping, RMA, and repairs using SAP and create delivery notes
- Calibration Management: Follow-up and organization of calibrations for measuring equipment
- KPI Reporting: Responsibility for the accuracy of key figures related to orders and logistics
- Supplier Management: Coordinate interfaces with internal and external stakeholders such as suppliers, customs, and logistics service providers
- Campaign Preparation: Support teams in preparing test campaigns
- Process Optimization: Ensure the exchange of processes and logistical solutions within the team
Qualifications
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training with many years of professional experience
- Several years of experience in procurement and logistics, ideally in the aerospace industry
- Practical experience with the Click and Buy platform and in logistics
- Knowledge of creating delivery notes for international shipping processes, including customs and export control
- Knowledge of managing measuring equipment subject to calibration
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2); French is an advantage
- Flexibility, teamwork skills, and a customer-oriented, service-conscious approach to work
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
