At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will work as a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage the material flow between procurement organizations and final assembly lines. You ensure material availability for aircraft production and optimize processes along the entire supply chain.

Responsibilities
- Missing parts management for the A320 final assembly lines in Hamburg and Toulouse
- Communication with suppliers and internal interfaces such as delivery management, production, and logistics
- Material availability by analyzing and using digital tools and initiating measures to meet deadlines
- Lead times in cooperation with Airbus Procurement and other sites
- Material flow within the supply chain to accelerate and meet production requirements
- SAP systems (PDA/PGI/PEA) and maintaining current master data
- Process optimization by proposing and initiating corrective actions in the supply chain
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain / Logistics (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in procurement, supplier management, and supply chain / logistics
- Initial experience in the aerospace industry is an advantage
- Proficient use of SAP (knowledge of detailed functions) and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- CV in English required
- Analytical thinking, structured and results-oriented working style, and strong communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
