At Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Manching, you will take on the role of Supply Chain/Materials Coordinator, centrally managing the material flow for EF series production. In close coordination with production, procurement, and international suppliers, you ensure a smooth supply for assembly lines and proactively implement supply chain principles.

Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Management: Close collaboration with production, work planning, strategic procurement, and international suppliers within the procurement process
- Purchase Order Management: Review and ensure the correct execution of purchase orders
- Procurement Control: Proactive management of orders, inventory levels, and lead times, including forecasting
- Material Supply: Ensuring a disruption-free supply for internal customers and assembly lines
- Prioritization: Day-to-day management and prioritization of urgencies based on line and customer support needs
- SAP Data Maintenance: Processing and maintaining all data-related processes associated with order placement
- Project Collaboration: Supporting improvement initiatives and representing supply chain principles in workshops and meetings
Qualifications
- Completed degree in business administration or economics (at least Bachelor's) or commercial training with additional qualification (master craftsman, technician, or comparable)
- Several years of professional experience in supplier and project management; procurement experience is desirable
- Knowledge of processes in series production is advantageous
- Proficient use of MS Office and SAP; knowledge of SAP OP3/LM3, MySupply, and AirSupply is ideal
- Business fluent English (at least C1) and very good German skills
- Teamwork skills, strong sense of responsibility, and an independent, conscientious way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
