Tasks

  • Constructive support throughout the entire product life cycle – civil and military
  • Design, detailed construction, and integration of flight control, hydraulic, and actuator systems in CATIA V5
  • Application of metallic materials, including knowledge of manufacturing and surface treatment
  • Interface coordination and integration of systems in helicopters
  • Performing kinematic analyses, tolerance and rigging considerations
  • Creation and approval of construction documents and documentation in SAP, Windchill, and VPM
  • Participation in certification, qualification, maintenance concepts, and obsolescence elimination
  • Close cooperation with internal departments and international suppliers

Qualifications

  • Completed technical degree in aerospace, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in development, manufacturing, design engineering, product development and technical documentation
  • Several years of experience in mechanics/mechatronics in aerospace, as a helicopter mechanic and in maintenance/servicing
  • Qualifications in materials, technologies, or specific development methods
  • In-depth knowledge of CATIA V5, SAP, VPM, and ideally Windchill
  • Business fluent English (at least C1), advanced German (at least B2), and French skills desirable
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
