Tasks

• Supporting one or more global customers by phone and in writing, as well as monitoring order processing within Sales & Order Management
• Managing the complete order fulfillmentprocess for standard series units and new series ramp-ups
• Preparing quotations, maintaining master data, and recording and formally checking customer orders (e.g., delivery and payment terms, material availability)
• Planning demand for end units based on customer orders and forecasts
• Creating delivery notes and invoices, including delivery performance tracking
• Contributing to the capture, optimization, and further development of process and system workflows
• Acting as the interface between the customer and internal departments in cases of escalations and complaints

Qualifications

• Completed commercial vocational training or, alternatively, a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Economics, or a comparable qualification 
• Several years of professional experience in commercial administration, order processing, customer service and international sales
• Basic project management knowledge required; aviation industry experience is a plus
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and SAP Sales and Distribution required; SAP S/4HANA experience is an advantage
• German at negotiation level (min. C1) and English proficient (min. B2)
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
