Tasks

  • Hand soldering on printed circuit boards in the SMD and THT areas (surface-mounted components & through-hole components)
  • Assembly and installation of components according to specifications and drawings
  • Performing manual painting work on electronic components
  • Testing aviation equipment and components according to defined standards
  • Troubleshooting electronic components and devices in the production or repair process
  • Repairing aviation equipment and components, including documentation of the work steps

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an electrician, electronics technician for aeronautical systems (aircraft electronics technician), electronics technician for devices and systems, or comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in electrical engineering/electronics
  • Experience in the assembly of components and in soldering (SMD/THT)
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and basic English (at least A2)
  • Ability to work in a team as well as a high sense of responsibility, initiative, resilience, and organizational skills
