Tasks

  • Soldering of electronic components in SMD (Surface Mount Device) and THT (Through-Hole Technology) under a microscope
  • Placement of components on printed circuit boards (PCBs) according to drawings and bill of materials
  • Manual soldering to J-STD-001 standard and visual inspection according to IPC-A-610
  • Preparation and processing of components in accordance with applicable specifications
  • Assembly and reworking of electrical subassemblies
  • Execution of automated optical inspection (AOI); rework if necessary
  • Modifying and adjusting assemblies as required

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an electrician, electronics technician or in a comparable technical field
  • Several years of professional experience in PCB assembly and subassembly installation
  • Confident handling of technical drawings and bills of materials
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office and SAP
  • German language skills at negotiation level (at least C1)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (student visa not sufficient)
