Tasks

  • Receipt, unpacking and documentation of incoming materials
  • Packaging and preparation for shipment, including special packaging and dangerous goods handling
  • Stocking of consumables and provision of all materials for the production areas
  • Timely delivery to workstations and construction sites
  • Allocation and maintenance of material and shipping documents
  • Processing of urgent orders and tracking of shipments
  • Teamwork support across different areas
  • Flexible deployment at various stations within the Flightline

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training in logistics, warehouse management or a comparable qualification
  • Extensive professional experience in warehouse logistics and several years of experience in materials planning or procurement
  • Experience in handling dangerous goods and special packaging is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of SAP applications, Google Workspace is a plus
  • German (at least C1) and English (at least B2), both written and spoken
  • Willingness to work in shifts (2-shift system) and perform overtime
  • Readiness for active teamwork and flexible deployment within the department
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
