Responsibilities
- CNC Machining: Operate and program various CNC milling and turning machines for the manufacturing and repair of aircraft components
- Series and Single-Part Production: Precisely manufacture metal and plastic workpieces in both single-part and series production
- Quality Control: Check and document component quality for dimensional accuracy using various measuring instruments
- Equipment Maintenance: Independently perform maintenance and repair work on machine tools
- Process Monitoring: Monitor and optimize given machine parameters throughout the entire manufacturing process
- Crane Operation: Safely operate forklifts and cranes (G25/FSÜ) for material transport
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a Machining Technician, Toolmaker, Turner, or Miller
- Several years of experience in operating and programming CNC machine tools (turning, milling, grinding)
- Proficient use of CAD software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD, as well as Heidenhain controls
- Basic skills in spoken and written English (at least A2) – proof required
- Willingness to work in shifts and to undertake job-related further training
- Strong teamwork, reliability, sense of responsibility, and clear communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
