Tasks

• Transparent management and monitoring of all global shipping orders
• Ensuring on-time deliveries to customers, including adherence to international delivery milestones
• Analysis and communication of delivery date deviations in collaboration with project management and procurement
• Coordination of logistical processes in compliance with export, customs, and tax regulations as well as Incoterms
• Administrative handling of deliveries including the creation and archiving of all shipping documents
• Maintenance and distribution of End User Statements (EUS) and delivery notifications
• Close coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in logistics or delivery management – ideally within a manufacturing or development-focused industrial environment
• In-depth knowledge of Incoterms, customs and export regulations, and project management in an industrial context
• Experience handling End User Statements (EUS), delivery notifications, shipping orders, delivery notes, and all related documentation
• Solid SAP skills and confident use of MS Office
• German and English – business fluent (at least C1)
• Valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (student visas not accepted)
