Tasks
- Ensuring material availability at the time required by the end user
- Handling complaints, non-conpliances and non-usable material, including initiating and steering corrective actions
- Acting as the central point of contact for the customer Bundeswehr, the relevant NH90 sites and the main warehouse for all logistics requirements
- Translating and managing customer requirements from SASPF into the SAP system landscape
- Performing logistics level 3 dispatching/planning, prioritising and processing material demands based on urgency
- Managing all deliveries from the NH90 Central Stock in Donauwörth to customer sites and the main warehouse
- Tracking due dates, requesting status updates and proactively informing the requesting party (demand owner)
- Coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries including transport, monitoring shelf-life and initiating necessary measures to maintain or restore usability
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training, preferably in logistics, with completed further training as Master Craftsman / Technician / Specialist (Fachwirt) / Business Administrator (Betriebswirt)
- Extensive professional experience in dispatching / material procurement, customer service, supply chain / logistics, material planning and technical documentation
- Several years of experience in production planning and control and as a technical clerk / technical administrator
- Desirable: experience with military aircraft (especially NH90) / components / spare parts management, as well as Bundeswehr logistics and SASPF
- Good knowledge of SAP (detailed functions)
- Business-fluent German skills (min. C1) and advanced English skills (min. B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
