Tasks

  • Maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery and equipment
  • Servicing and optimization of operating systems and production machinery
  • Inspection and repair of hydraulic ground support equipment for civil and military helicopters
  • Participation in projects involving the procurement and modification of machinery and equipment
  • Execution of technical measurement and testing tasks (e.g. pressure, flow rate and particle measurements)
  • Root cause analysis and development of technical solutions to increase equipment availability
  • Procurement of spare parts and coordination of external service providers

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a mechanic, mechatronics technician, plant mechanic, industrial mechanic, automotive mechanic, metalworker or bodywork technician – each with at least a technician or master craftsman qualification
  • Extensive professional experience in mechanics, mechatronics and manufacturing / production – ideally in the aerospace industry
  • In-depth knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, drive technology, automation and pump systems
  • Confident use of SAP-PM, MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Willingness to work shifts, including outside regular working hours (e.g. on-call duty, during plant shutdowns)
  • Physically fit to perform tasks in environments such as high-bay warehouses, electroplating systems or autoclaves
  • Occasional travel readiness, including international assignments
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
