Responsibilities


  • Data Integration: Extracting, preparing, and integrating data from various sources and databases
  • Data Modeling: Developing practical models in close coordination with IT and manufacturing
  • Model Development: Analyzing data and developing statistics, machine learning, and AI solutions
  • Scalable Solutions: Implementation using modern algorithms and software engineering standards
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitoring model performance and conducting structured experiments for optimization
  • Knowledge Transfer: Active exchange within the global data community and sharing of best practices
  • Inspection Planning: Familiarization with inspection planning for A320/A330 and implementation of inspection plans
  • Inspection Concepts: Developing inspection and measurement concepts as well as controlling inspection specifications


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or a completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Informatics
  • Several years of professional experience in IT/information systems, ideally in the aerospace industry
  • Several years of experience in quality management and with data science
  • In-depth application knowledge of Java, Python, MS Office, SAP, and Catia V5
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Analytical thinking, independent working style, and strong communication skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
