Tasks

  • Management of national and international construction projects
  • Preparation of feasibility studies, schedules, and cost estimates
  • Management of external planning participants such as general planners, project managers, or specialist planners
  • Ensuring the integration of industrial facilities into construction planning and execution
  • Advising production departments on construction-related issues
  • Development and implementation of standards
  • Conducting profitability analyses

Qualifications

  • Degree in architecture, civil engineering, supply engineering, or electrical engineering
  • Experience in project management for complex construction projects
  • Strong process and methodological skills, project management training desirable
  • Good knowledge of relevant regulations (HOAI, VOB, AHO)
  • Very good English (at least C2) and good German skills (at least B2)
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
