Responsibilities


  • Planning and realization of investments in civil engineering, real estate, and utility facilities according to HOAI service phases 1 to 9
  • Financial planning for infrastructure measures within the framework of OP planning
  • Commissioning and coordination of external service providers and specialist planners from concept to acceptance
  • Construction progress monitoring and quality management, including defect management and decisions on construction methods
  • Project management with budget controlling and interface management to internal customers such as factory planning and plant realization
  • Operational coordination to minimize production disruptions during construction work
  • Documentation and reporting as well as conducting project meetings
  • Compliance and implementation of Airbus standards and internal processes


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in civil engineering (at least Bachelor's) or comparable training or qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in engineering, manufacturing/production, and project management
  • Experience in industrial construction and construction in existing buildings
  • Proficient use of MS Office, SAP, and GSuite
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • In-depth knowledge of the Bavarian Industrial Construction Guidelines, Bavarian Building Code, HOAI, AHO, VOB, Construction Site Ordinance, and RAB
  • Teamwork skills, resilience, independent working style, communication and assertiveness
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
