Responsibilities
- Concept development for mechanical installations of outboard equipment
- 3D construction and design of components using CATIA V5
- Create, modify, and manage construction documentation
- Data management of design data in SAP, Windchill, and VPM
- Create certification documentation such as system descriptions, FMECA, and test programs
- Define and document maintenance measures for mechanical systems
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a comparable field (at least Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of experience in the development of mechanical components, ideally with CATIA V5 and ENOVIA VPM
- Experience with development processes in aviation and corresponding software tools such as SAP and Windchill
- Proficient handling of CATIA V5 and data management systems (VPM, Windchill)
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Alternative to a degree: completed three-year vocational training with further education as a technician and corresponding professional experience
- Independent working style, solution-oriented thinking, and passion for continuous improvement
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
