Tasks
- Design, implementation, and documentation of static, endurance, and environmental tests on cabin components
- Implementation of test requirements from technical specifications
- Procurement and operation of test equipment and facilities
- Maintenance of technical findings in the internal knowledge management system
- Interface coordination with development, production, and project departments
- Planning and evaluation of tests in terms of throughput time and effort
- Supervision of external tests, including commissioning and evaluation
Qualifications
- Completed degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics
- Several years of professional experience in the fields of mechanics, mechatronics, and component testing
- In-depth knowledge of measurement technology, ideally also machining, pneumatics, or electrics
- Initial experience with CATIA V5 and SAP as well as very good knowledge of MS Office
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
- Organizational skills, ability to work in a team, and strong communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
