At Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Manching, you will work as a Test Engineer in the center of competence for flight and integration testing. You verify and integrate complex (sub-)systems at test bench and aircraft level, contributing your expertise to successful system integration – in a highly dynamic and international environment.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 63,141 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.07.2027. Responsibilities
- Test preparation for on-aircraft ground and flight tests, including updating test procedures and preparing test programs
- Test execution and support for ground tests, as well as participation in online monitoring of system behavior during flight tests
- Test data analysis and reporting of results and deviations
- Software development for analysis routines and definition of requirements for analysis software in the area of test data evaluation
- Project coordination through close cooperation with internal and external design, development, and test teams
- Test documentation creation and provision within agreed schedules
- System test procedures maintenance and updating for system integration testing at major components and final assembly lines
- Traceability of the completeness of retest activities until aircraft handover
Qualifications
- Successfully completed Master's or Diplom degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
- Several years of professional experience in IT / with information systems
- Knowledge of aircraft general systems, preferably in design or testing
- Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office
- Proficient German skills; business fluent English (at least C1)
- Self-motivated and team-oriented way of working as well as good communication skills
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
