Responsibilities


  • Process Definition & Optimization: Independently define and continuously improve production and industrialization processes, methods, and standards
  • Technology Implementation: Identify and establish new manufacturing technologies for future helicopter programs in production
  • Cross-Functional Improvements: Initiate and implement optimization projects from individual parts to final assembly
  • Interface Management: Represent industrial requirements towards design and program teams and ensure their consideration
  • Quality Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for Quality Engineering and Program Quality regarding process management issues
  • Production Support: Provide technical guidance to production during the introduction and application of technical processes and regulations
  • Audit Support: Prepare, conduct, and follow up on internal and authority audits
  • Process Landscape: Monitor the process landscape and ensure the timely introduction of updates and new processes into production


Qualifications

  • Completed university degree (at least Bachelor's) in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in engineering, ideally in the aerospace industry
  • Experience in defining and optimizing production and industrialization processes
  • Experience in project management and change management is an advantage
  • Proficient use of MS Office and SAP (knowledge of detailed functions)
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
