At Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Manching, you will take on the central role of Manufacturing Engineer / Work Planner in the industrialization and optimization of maintenance processes. You are the interface between planning and the shop floor, using your technical expertise to ensure efficient workflows and sustainable solutions within the E-3A AWACS program.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 63,141 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 30.04.2027. Responsibilities
- Shop Floor Support in solving problems within maintenance and repair processes
- Work Planning and creation of neutral work plans for the verification of MRO activities
- Process Optimization by supporting cross-functional teams in problem-solving and improvement processes
- Documentation and updating of technical instructions according to contractual requirements
- First Installations planning and supervision, including required feedback loops for manufacturing
- FMEA Analysis (P-FMEA / FMEA) execution and support
- Feedback Management through planning regular feedback loops with the production team
Qualifications
- Successfully completed Master's or Diplom degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Production
- Several years of professional experience in Manufacturing Engineering, with mandatory experience in work planning
- Knowledge in the field of mechanical aircraft components and structures; experience in Technical Support for MRO is an advantage
- Detailed specialist knowledge of MS-Office; knowledge in creating forms and databases is advantageous
- Business fluent English (at least C1); very good German language skills are essential
- Teamwork skills, resilience, and an independent way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
