Responsibilities
- Interface function between design and manufacturing as the central point of contact
- Technical problem analysis and solution for recurring challenges in production
- Process optimization through joint planning, production control, and workflow design
- Non-conformance management in ongoing production regarding design specifications and technical regulations
- Work order creation for the rectification of production deviations
- IT-supported research for drawings, references, parts, tools, and documentation
- Documentation and commissioning of outstanding work at the construction site or aircraft sections
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or mechatronics technician with further training as a certified technician or business administrator
- Alternatively, a completed degree in engineering or technical studies with at least certified technician or business administrator level
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of work preparation, dispatching/material procurement, manufacturing/production, production planning/control, and line side support
- Good knowledge of SAP (detailed functions) and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English
- Willingness to work in 2-shift operation
- Excellent communication skills, team orientation, and independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
