Responsibilities


  • Interface function between design and manufacturing as the central point of contact
  • Technical problem analysis and solution for recurring challenges in production
  • Process optimization through joint planning, production control, and workflow design
  • Non-conformance management in ongoing production regarding design specifications and technical regulations
  • Work order creation for the rectification of production deviations
  • IT-supported research for drawings, references, parts, tools, and documentation
  • Documentation and commissioning of outstanding work at the construction site or aircraft sections


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or mechatronics technician with further training as a certified technician or business administrator
  • Alternatively, a completed degree in engineering or technical studies with at least certified technician or business administrator level
  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of work preparation, dispatching/material procurement, manufacturing/production, production planning/control, and line side support
  • Good knowledge of SAP (detailed functions) and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English
  • Willingness to work in 2-shift operation
  • Excellent communication skills, team orientation, and independent working style
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
