Responsibilities


  • Control laws for flight control systems development and optimization
  • Dynamic systems analysis and simulation of complex multiphysics models
  • System integration of control laws with sensors, actuators, and processing units
  • Simulation models development, evaluation, and validation
  • Flight control systems specification and definition
  • Test coordination with the testing team on test orders, procedures, and results
  • Test support with a focus on operation and debugging of control and measurement systems
  • Data processing and analysis


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or similar (at least Master's/Diploma)
  • Many years of experience in developing flight control laws and systems
  • Experience in modeling and simulating complex multiphysics systems (e.g., dynamic flight mechanical models)
  • Proficient use of MATLAB-Simulink, Python, and Google Workspace
  • German skills at least proficient; English skills business fluent (at least C1)
  • CV in English required
  • Creative, solution-oriented, and pragmatic approach to problem-solving; resilience and teamwork
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
