Tasks
- Translate technical requirements into functional assemblies and modules
- Coordinate continuously with developers and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure modularity and integration capability of new and existing assemblies
- Adapt existing components according to technical specifications or customer requirements
- Conduct systematic weak-point analyses and optimize module designs
- Create technical documentation, including specifications, product structures, assembly drawings, qualification documents and presentations
Qualifications
- Completed degree in engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or composite materials (at least a bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in development and design, ideally in aviation
- Good knowledge of project management (at least 1 year of experience)
- In-depth knowledge of Catia V5 as well as SAP and ECTR (PLM system)
- Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
