Tasks

• Select and implement manufacturing and transport tooling to support production
• Translate engineering requirements into shop floor-ready production processes and work orders
• Support the SA Cabin Assembly line operationally
• Identify and resolve production issues in close collaboration with quality, engineering, and logistics
• Document and analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
• Implement process enhancements to drive continuous productivity improvements (Cost Improvement Measures)
• Advise engineering teams on production-oriented design implementation
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related technical field
• Several years of experience in production planning, aircraft manufacturing, or the aerospace industry
• Proficiency in Lean Management and Process Management
• Advanced knowledge of SAP; CAD tool experience is a plus
• Fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
• Willingness for occasional shift work (2–3 weeks per year)
• Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and assertiveness
