The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 57,075 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 30.06.2027. Responsibilities


  • Construction technology for composite and hybrid structures
  • Design and validation of optimized components and assemblies
  • Weight and cost optimization considering performance and production requirements
  • Product safety by using appropriate design tools and methods
  • Development processes for military aircraft structures


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Engineering or Aerospace (at least Bachelor's)
  • Several years of professional experience as a Design Engineer / Designer
  • Solid experience with military aircraft structures
  • Proficient use of CAD tools such as CATIA V5, DDMS 3D Experience, or VPM
  • Business fluent English (at least C1); German skills are an advantage
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and strong communication skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
