At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will work as an Engineer as Technical Designer to steer the final steps of aircraft manufacturing. You ensure that orders for Manufacturing Engineering are prepared precisely and that aircraft are smoothly prepared for delivery to the customer after the Fall Operation Test (FOT).

Responsibilities
- Manufacturing Planning: Prepare and manage orders for Manufacturing Engineering
- Aircraft Support: Support aircraft after FOT at the Flight Line and prepare them for customer delivery
- Material Logistics: Coordinate internal and external material procurement, delivery, and order process monitoring
- Problem Solving: Capture issues in maintenance and define technical solutions
- Disruption Management: Identify disruptions in real-time and take appropriate measures involving the required specialist departments
- Technical Coordination: Provide technical and administrative support for aircraft during the flightline/delivery phase
- Work Planning: Plan and coordinate work by Airbus partners, suppliers, and external companies
- Design Implementation: Translate design documentation into manufacturing orders, considering technical instructions
Qualifications
- Completed degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, or a technical field (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of experience in work preparation and aircraft construction
- Experience in manufacturing/production as well as in Manufacturing Engineering is an advantage
- Proficient use of SAP, Taksy/Gesy/Tesy, and zamiz; knowledge of Google Workspace and ALB Airbus Logbook is advantageous
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Experience in aerospace and Airbus experience are mandatory; experience in the Flightline/Delivery area and in Technical Support is advantageous
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, Sundays, public holidays, and be on call
- Teamwork skills, communicative behavior, and willingness to actively participate in an innovative and agile development program
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
