Responsibilities
- Operational concepts and use cases for Mission Management Systems
- Functional chains and systems for helicopter capabilities end-to-end
- Requirement Engineering, system specification and design
- Integration, verification and validation strategies for systems
- Tests on test benches, on the ground and in flight
- System qualification and certification at helicopter level
- Project execution in accordance with overarching helicopter planning
- Stakeholder management with relevant partners across the organization
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a comparable field (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience as a Design Engineer, in Engineering, Research and Development, Product Development or technical documentation
- Experience in system design, development, engineering and/or integration of complex avionics systems
- Knowledge in Systems Engineering, Requirement Engineering and integration in the field of avionics
- Basic skills in German (at least A2); business fluent English (at least C1)
- Previous experience with agile methods (Scrum, SAFe) is an advantage
- Team spirit, good communication skills and proactive working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
