Responsibilities
- Interface management to development: close coordination with end-to-end process managers for a seamless transition from development to operations
- Process steering: Orchestration of the end-to-end process from demand trigger to feedback loop for consistent deployment
- Portfolio governance: Management of the offer and training plan as well as ensuring compliance with internal regulations and security requirements
- Strategy validation: Validation of deployment logic based on solution and registration types for flexibility and compliance
- Training planning: Coordination of the definition of training paths per business role and structured categorizations
- Session planning & execution: Planning, scheduling, and coordination of training sessions
- Communication & reporting: Driving communications (e.g., via Spark) and managing reports on development and deployment topics
- Collaboration: Close collaboration with the deployment team and contributing to change impact analysis
Qualifications
- Successfully completed Master's or Diplom degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- Several years of professional experience in change management
- Several years of professional experience in project management
- Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office; experience with Google Workspace and scheduling tools (e.g., Unified Planning, JIRA) is an advantage
- Business fluent English (at least C1)
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to work across functions and to influence stakeholders
- Experience working in international teams and environments
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
