Responsibilities
- Test planning: Plan and create Ground Test Instructions (GTI) and Re-Test Instructions (RTI) based on construction documents and Ground Test Requirements (GTR)
- Technical coordination: Transnational coordination and feasibility review of GTR content as well as review of modifications (MOD, MP, TRS)
- Modification management: Monitor modification validity and control affected test content
- GTR implementation: Ensure complete integration of Ground Test Requirements into aircraft-related GTIs
- Test execution: Support the execution of functional tests and provide assistance to test teams
- System changes: Specify changes to the test system for aircraft modifications
- Troubleshooting: Fault analysis and resolution on aircraft and test systems in the FAL and on the flight line up to Rejected Take-Off (RTO)
- Tool and project management: Oversee, develop, and enhance test tools as well as plan and execute projects
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a technical field (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in Electrical Engineering/Electronics, Engineering, and Aerospace
- Experience in technical documentation
- Proficient use of SAP as well as the tools Taksy/Gesy/Tesy and zamiz
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English skills
- Willingness to travel (once or twice per year worldwide) and occasional standby duty (average once per week)
- Analytical thinking, independent working style, and strong communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
