Tasks
- Support helicopter and subsystem testing using simulation platforms for both civil and military programs (e.g. H145, NH90)
- Use simulations and simulators to validate new technologies and system concepts
- Actively participate in developing Full-Flight Simulators and pilot training systems
- Design, test and integrate software for mission and avionics simulation
- Implement technical evolution of subsystem simulations according to helicopter configuration
- Contribute to requirements engineering and interface coordination with partner companies
- Take on project coordination tasks, depending on experience
- Integrate simulation systems into end-user platforms, such as developer test rigs or pilot training simulators
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or Software Engineering (Bachelor with additional qualification or Master)
- At least 3 years of experience in engineering, development, and R&D – each and minimum 1 year of experience in interface management
- Strong background in IT systems and aerospace (min. 3 years) and familiarity with helicopter architectures or a strong interest in rotorcraft technology
- Practical experience in software development or systems engineering, ideally in real-time environments and hands-on expertise in C++ programming and Linux-based development environments
- Business fluent English skills (min. C1), basic German, French is a plus
- CV in English is mandatory
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) required
